Dr. Brian A. McMillen can provide calculations of blood alcohol concentrations and blood cocaine concentrations based on information regarding a client's alcohol and drug intake, body size, and medical history. This information may be useful for criminal trials where the defense wants to claim that their client was too intoxicated to form intent, for DUI cases, or to question the credibility of witnesses who had been consuming drugs.
